What Students Are Saying

the places to eat on campus are all very good with the exception of the dining halls. both dining halls do have their lucky nights where the food isn't that bad but that is a rare occasion.
Stephanie from Asheboro, NC
The dining halls are AMAZING, for they have an omelet station that stays open all day, a sandwich and wrap station that are made to order, and a pasta station where you can make pasta with your favorite meats, cheeses, and sauces. Although the dining hall serves delicious foods, students constantly get tired of eating those foods, therefore they can visit areas around campus such as Chick-Fil-A or Chilli's to clench their hunger.
Jana from Charlotte, NC
The food is not bad. ECU has two dining halls: one on the hill and the other in West End. Fried Chicken Wednesdays are the best! There are also many other eating places throughout campus where you can use your meal plan. One nice thing about ECU's meal plan is that you can use it as often as you like because it is unlimited. You don't just get 3 meals a day. You can visit the dining hall all day if you want. ECU has 2 different plans- Purple and Gold plan.
Kristyn from Holly Springs, NC
There are plenty of places to eat! From the dining hall which is all-you-can-eat, to Subway, to Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Einstein Bagels and plenty of other close proximity off campus restaurants, you will never go hungry.
Madeline from Richmond, VA
