What Students Are Saying
The food is great for the most part. A few tips for the future, 1- Don't blow through you declining balance ( Called DB and is used as money for food in various location around campus ) the first week use it moderately. 2- ALWAYS eat in the cafe Mondays for lunch, the red beans and rice is to die for. 3- ALWAYS stop by the cafe just to see whats on the menu, they may surprise you and have your favorite ( red beans.. or tacos ). 4- EAT the breakfast, the omelets are the bomb and a hearty breakfast is a great way to start your day. 5- try Zeus ( located by Legacy Apartments ) the food is great even if you don't know what some of it is, trust me.

resturants are on almost every block.
Garth from New Iberia, LA
The food plan is cheaper, yet filling and delicious. It'll get you through college.
Ryan from Trout, LA
There is a lot of different food choices here at ULL. They have great cafeteria food if you do not want to spend your money.they also have food places on campus where you can use the money the school gives you. They have pizza delivery if you are stuck in your room studying and if you are an off campus student, their are good cultural food places around.
Nia from Houston, TX
There are many places to eat at walking distance to eat at. Grab a friend anf go to Burger King, McDonald, taco bell, subway or Zeus. ULL also have a coffee shops, food courts and buffet cafeteria with many things to choose from.
