What Students Are Saying

Beautiful campus. Don't be put off with the small town around the campus. There seems to be a lot to do since just about all the students live on campus.
HS Senior looking for the right college
Don't get too excited about the food. And be prepared to take 18+ credit hours every semester.
Get involved as soon as you reach campus! Ada is a small community, but once you meet friends and participate in campus organizations, you will forget that you are surrounded by corn fields!
Sam
Make sure you can handle being on a small campus. Get to know your advisor and professors. Get involved in at least one student group; there are plenty to choose from.
Anna from Hilliard, OH
Make sure to bring warm clothing for the winter months. It's really cold! Ohio Northern has many extra curriculars to offer students. The first week there is Welcomefest to check out all the activities. I highly encourage you to check everything out, and try new things! Just don't spread yourself too thin.
Jessica from Farmersville, OH
Apply for the school scholarships such as the presidential, dean scholarships. These can pay up to half of your expences.
Sean from Urbana, OH
Visit to be sure because I first said no then realized how great it is!
Alexis from Batavia, OH
