What Students Are Saying
The education is challenging, but the classes help with resume building experience. Being on campus helps me realize the stresses of living on your own. The campus is very accommodating for the events that are created and the location of where the campus is located on in Milwaukee with events in Milwaukee.
Kail from Milwaukee, WI
It is not as difficult as I expected, but I hear it gets tougher after freshman year. Unlike the myth that says attendance doesn't matter, it does; some teachers make attendance/participation a part of the grade. While the courses can be rigorous, it's easy to find friends and have a good time.
J from Wisconsin
The classes proceed through assigned material at a steady and comfortable pace and teachers are demanding yet accomodating. The majority of the students are intrinsically motivated for success as well, reinforcing much of what is learned outside of class. The Mikwaukee School of Engineering is a challenging but rewarding experience, in all respects.
Eric from Mukwonago, WI
MSOE is a top tier engineering school that will get you an excellent job after only 4 years of college. Some of the social aspects are lacking compared to some schools, but they still exist. It is a very small campus with even smaller class sizes.
