What Students Are Saying

you'll have to get creative but there are good options to choose from.

Walking into the dining hall, or as we like to call it Chow, you are surrounded by the smell of variety of foods. You have a lot of choices to choose between and they mix it up everyday. The breakfast was my favorite meal and it was amazing.
Machaelie from Dahlonega, GA
Chow breakfast is the BEST and has so many fun and exciting options. UNG dining presents the student with many choices and I was surprised to see how many of these choices were healthy, you just have to be creative with your food choices.
Danielle from Dahlonega, GA
The food at chow is okay. It depends on the day. However, there are lots of options in case you do not want the main course meals they provide.
Allie from Dawsonville, GA
The dining hall on campus offers buffet style breakfast, lunch, and dinner for students who have a meal plan. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety offered for students with different tastes. On campus there is also a chinese restaurant, a mexican restaurant, a bagel shop, and a Starbucks.
