What Students Are Saying
La Verne is a really good school. The professors know the field they are teaching and are willing to ask any questions at any times. Since it is a small school with small class sizes they will learn your name in time. The professors teach so well and have office hours for thier students where you can ask them quesitons about the homework, class lecture, or just simply to talk to them.
Abril from Riverside, CA
It's just like any other college, you must take responsibility for your learning and take the initiative to excel in classes.
Current Student from Los Angeles, CA
From my visit to the campus and various reviews I read the professors at La Verne really challenge you but are always there to help you out.
Karina from Oceanside, CA
First semester of college might seem easier because you have a lot more free time than normal but the expectations are higher. And the quality of your work is a lot more important instead of just turning anything in.
La Verne Student
Some of the classes such as sciences are very difficult but as long as you try hard and stay on top of your work the teachers are willing to help.
Kyle from Baldwin Park, CA
the school and teachers are very accurate with the grades. Most teachers are very relaxed and help you get the best grade you can get.
Hassan from Rancho Cucamonga, CA
This school is not for you to slack off. The professors are on top of you to make sure that you are keeping up with your work and grades. There is lots of support from your academic advisers.
Nayeli from Corona, CA
Just like any other university, La Verne's education is not easy. If you want a good GPA you must work for it and there is no feeling more rewarding than to have a great GPA.
