Shenandoah University
Shenandoah University is located in the beautiful northern Shenandoah Valley in Winchester, Virginia.
We offer over 200 areas of study within six schools and two divisions. We search for and welcome a diverse set of students - academically, geographically, and culturally - for a community that practices "Commonality in Diversity."
We have nationally-ranked health professions, an internationally-ranked Business School, and in the performing arts, Shenandoah Conservatory mounts over 300 music, theatre and dance performances each year. Shenandoah Athletics has 22 NCAA Division III teams that compete in the ODAC conference.
To provide a break from the rigors of academia, we sponsor numerous outdoor recreational activities in the Shenandoah Valley from cave exploration to whitewater rafting, as well as intramural sports. Shenandoah is non-denominational, although affiliated with the United Methodist Church, and offers diversity in church services and opportunities through our Mosaic Center for Diversity.
