Established in 1846, Carroll University was the first 4-year higher learning institution in the state and began with only 5 students and 2 professors. Now offering more than 95 majors across their three colleges for more than 3,000 students, all programs are embedded with the Pioneer Core, Carroll's innovative general education curriculum, which has a heavy emphasis on cross-cultural education.
