What Students Are Saying
The school is small however this means that you see the same people all of the time. It is very easy to connect with other students in class and at Chapel. I am a commuter students and still feel very connected with the different events that take place on and off campus.
Chris from Orangevale, CA
a tip for william jessup: they are a christian school, so be prepared to pray. all the teachers are very strong in their faith, and most of them like to pray before and after each class. be prepared to pray and be asked for any prayer requests you may have.
kalie from south lake tahoe, ca
Dear prospective students,
I advise you to come with open eyes and full hearts as learning and overcoming academic obstacles is a blessing. Take nothing for granted and learn from all circumstances. The choice is ultimately yours and by attending WJU you have taken one step closer to a successful career and life.

If you can live on campus, do so. The campus life provides a great experience away from home, in regards to life lessons and overall fun.
Zachary from Rocklin, CA
check out the school on preview day. try to live on campus if you can so you can be involved in all of the activities. if you have to be a commuter student, try and make connections to some of the residents so that you can stay involved in the student community!
Steven from Shingle Springs, CA
As with any college, the adventure you experience at WJU will be directly reflective of the time put into it. Try your best to involve yourself in on-campus activities or local service projects; you will find that the local community is heavily involved and knowledgeable about WJU, and will gladly welcome the school's student body.
Emerick from Rocklin, CA
To go sit in on a class to make sure it is what you want. And to talk to other students to see how friendly everybody is and see what the campus life is really like.
Derek from Auburn, CA
