What Students Are Saying

Wheaton's academics are intense if you want them to be, and professors are good at challenging student without overwhelming them. While some students try to skate by, there are no fluff classes and the distribution requirements keep people from getting too lazy.
Nicholas from Loudonville, NY
The school has very knowledgeable professors and the coursework is appropriate for learning and for building a bright future. Classes are small. Teachers are available for one on one attention.
Alexa
Wheaton is difficult, but the professors are happy to work with you to improve your work. If you are dissatisfied with a grade, you should speak with them to find out what they are looking for in the next assignment. Doing this has seriously improved the writing quality of many students' work. There are also a variety of tutors available in Kollett Hall; if there is no tutor available at te time you need, many will take time out of their personal schedules to help.
Tonniatarenton
Classes are challenging, no doubt about that. However resources are plenty. Tutors and study spaces are always available, especially the library. Use them to your advantage.
Alfonso from Brooklyn, NY
It is an excellent school, you will have a one o one relationship with faculty members, they become like your family and they are so much help with everything. You have to work hard and read a lot.
