Westminster College
Founded in 1853 by a local Presbyterian congregation, Westminster College is a 4-year liberal arts college in central Missouri. Westminster grants undergraduate degrees in 33 academic majors and 41 minors. As the site of Winston Churchill’s famous “Iron Curtain” speech, Westminster is home to the National Churchill Museum. For students interested in history and architecture, Westminster features an entire district of campus on the National Register of Historic Places and the university is known for its trademark columns, the last surviving vestige of the original Westminster Hall.
