What Students Are Saying
Occasionally, the cafeteria food has some good and tasty options but the majority of the time, there is nothing appetizing or it does not taste good. They try to have a lot of healthy food options which can be important. Everyday, there is a salad bar and a deli station where you can make your own salad or sandwich with a panini press. There is a station called global where either someone makes you the dish they are serving for that meal or you can serve yourself depending on what the dish is. Monday-Thursday and now on Saturday there is an option called late night where you can use a meal swipe if you did not eat dinner in the cafeteria (or you can choose to spend either cash, credit card, or dining dollars) to order from a list of different foods. A few examples are wraps, salads, and quesadillas. Within a time period, you can go to the Jay's Nest (where late night is served) and buy pre-made sandwiches, pasta, soup, or a large variety of snacks. Personally, I prefer the Jay's Nest and late night food over the cafeteria's food.

There are always activities throughout the week as well as on the weekends where you get to meet lots of students. These students become life long friendships.
