Oklahoma Christian University is a private Christian liberal arts university founded in 1950 by members of the Churches of Christ. The 240-acre campus is on the north side of Oklahoma City and includes a 30,000 square foot Prince Engineering Center. OCU students and staff coordinate more than 30 annual service and ministry events to countries including Austria, Croatia, Ghana and Honduras. OCU also offers an internship program in which students can travel to Africa, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Oceania, or North America to live with missionaries and participate in education, healthcare, or development projects.
