What Students Are Saying
Freshman are mandated to select the Pioneer Living Plan1 ---it is an unlimited all you want to eat buffet BUT your dining dollars DO run out so spend carefully. Do NOT allow your eyes to be bigger than your stomach
Khadija from Brooklyn, NY
Great
Kristina from Forest Hills, NY
There's a variety of different kinds of foods available, of course, you have your sandwich/pizza's available, as well as our favorite Subway, and small stores located around to pick your favorite fruit or yogurt.
Lori from New York, NY
The food is done by personally selected chefs by the school. The food is amazing. Feels like a 5 star restaurant. Large variety of food. Also there is a subway and a Starbucks on campus.
Wilbert from Garden City Park, NY
The food is very good at school. There is an array of options so you will never get bored with limited choices.
Rosalind from Franklin Square, NY
The food is average, but it gets the job done. Some days the dining hall will be very good, while on weekends it could be okay. Hillwood Cafe is newly renovated though, and has a plenty of options and great food.
Sarah from Norwich, CT
Food is great! There is a cafe called Winnick. They have a salad bar, omelet making station, sandwich station,a comfort food station, ice cream bad and so much more! The food is so tasty too.
Samantha from Holbrook, NY
