What Students Are Saying
Corban serves food through Aramark Food Industries, and offers a buffet for each meal of the day. While the hot food line is only open for 2-3 hours per meal, students are always welcome in the dining hall and can eat cereals, salads, sandwichs, desserts or soups between meals. During meals, the grill and pizza bar is always available. Corban Dining is aware of the frequency of health issues, and makes sure to offer a vegetarian dish and a gluten free dish at each meal as well.

Our dining plan gives us unlimited access to the dining hall during its open hours (7:30-7:00 or so). Hot food is available during actual meal times, and has pretty good variety. The rest of the time, there is always sandwich fixings, the salad bar (well-stocked and varied), and a rotating selection of cereal, as well as fruit. We have someone working the grill at every meal, so we can get eggs at breakfast, and grilled sandwiches or burgers at lunch and dinner. There is also always pizza at lunch and dinner.
The coffee shop is open in the morning from around seven-thirty until three in the afternoon, and then opens again at eight. They have a good variety of drinks, as well as snacks. You can also get your lunch there, using your meal plan.
There is also another little snack shop in the library, called Provisions on Demand. I think it has the same hours as the library. Limited selection, but convenient hours.

Dining here is run by Aramark. It is run buffet style, and the food is okay, although not stunning. One thing I appreciate is that about half of the menu options rotate and are something new every day, while the essentials are always there (ice cream, pizza, burgers and fries!)
