Shawnee State University
Shawnee State University is a public institution situated in Portsmouth, Ohio, with a “selective” admissions process. SSU students can apply for the Honors Program or take advantage of an accelerated program, which can lead to completion of baccalaureate degree in three years. The game design program at SSU features a Motion Capture Lab, and has been labeled one of the best programs in the nation by Princeton Review for eight consecutive years. Shawnee State University is also home to the Clark Planetarium which permanently displays the Hubble Space Telescope Viewspace system.
