The Montessori Institute of Milwaukee is a teacher training academy with a focus on producing future Montessori educators. MIM offers a Primary Course diploma applying to teaching children ages 3 to 6 and an Elementary Course concentrating on ages 6 to 12. In addition to classroom work, MIM training includes demonstrations, observation, and supervised student teaching in Montessori classrooms. Throughout their MIM enrollment, every student is expected to assemble an individual album to demonstrate the principles they have learned.
