What Students Are Saying
the classes are difficult, but because the school is so small, professors are able to provide a great deal of personal guidance and assitance.
Jason from Chicago, IL
The work load varies from class to class depending on whether its a CORE class, a major class, or a minor class - but the academic rigor really depends on the type of student you are. Loyola's professors are really good at their jobs and they always want to challenge their students to try their hardest and really think about the topics they are learning and not just in a classroom context. Because of this, most classes at Loyola are small so that each professor can get to know their students and work with them to better their chances of success.
Alexis from Kenosha, WI
There are times, depending on classes and class load, that tests and homework can be overwhelming. It ultimately benefits you but be prepared to do some studying.
