What Students Are Saying

1. Give it a chance, even if you think York isn't your kind of place, you'll never know unless you visit!
2. If you're considering York, (or any college, really) visit for high school days at least once before making a decision. High school days is the best way to meet prospective classmates, other students and faculty, and it will really give you a feel for the atmosphere and whether or not this college is a good fit for you.
3. Don't let finances discourage you from a college you would really like to go to. There are all kinds of student loan programs and scholarships available to help you make your dreams come true.
Megan from Grand Island, NE
1. you should come in to school with an open mind. there are a lot of rules, but they are there for a reason.

2. get involved in campus activities. this atmosphere provides you with an opportunity unlike any other college campus. you have the chance to meet and know every single person as long as you apply yourself and open up.

3. listen. the people here know what they are talking bout especially when it comes to god, so don't blow them off. open your ears and give them a chance because listening to these people will impact your life more than any class ever could.
