What Students Are Saying

The food options at the Forge are always extensive. There is cereal available all day for those who like to snack throughout. They always offer create-your-own hot or cold sandwiches, salad bar, soups of the day, and pizza and fries along with the other options including creative ethnic dishes and seafood dishes througout the week as well as typical breakfast, lunch, and dinner type foods. There is always two different desserts offered and a soda fountain, water machine, and gatorade/juice options also.
Ashley
The food is alright. There is a lot of selection but sometimes really not that healthy.
Nicoletta from Holland Patent, NY
This is not one of Valley Forges strong qualities. Maybe i am just picky because i'm a vegetarian but most of the time i'd rather not eat than go to the cafeteria. They also force all students to have a meal plan which is very expensive so also not a plus.
