University of Massachusetts-Lowell
The University of Massachusetts Lowell is the second largest public university in the state and maintains six colleges that collectively offer more than 120 majors. Programs at UMass Lowell span and interconnect the disciplines of business, education, engineering, fine arts, health, humanities, sciences, and social sciences. Located in northeastern Massachusetts, the 138-acre campus is home to more than 10,400 undergraduate students who can choose between a number of housing options, including Living-Learning Communities that group students with shared majors or interests. UMass-Lowell puts heavy emphasis on learning through experience and provides opportunities for undergraduate research, co-ops, international experiences and study abroad, internships and clinicals, entrepreneurship, service learning, and more.
