What Students Are Saying

My advice to those thinking about Snow College - APPLY! I never thought I'd go to Snow until a friend convinced me to apply. After applying, visit the campus. Find out if it's something you really want. Finding a college for you is a hard process, but worth it. Talk to those who have attended Snow and get more opinions about it. But most of all find out for your self and have fun! GO BADGERS!!!
Sorine from Grantsville, UT
My top would be to get involved. There are quite a few options in clubs and activities and there is a wide variety, from horticulture club (Snow Roots) to Japanese club. There is also the Honors club, which is a great opportunity and really isn't hard to join and be in.
Ambrilee from Arimo, ID
If you want a job come down early and look. Live on campus your first year, I love it.
Amanda from North Logan, UT
Just be yourself. Don't be afraid to ask questions. And I know that you want to get the 4.0 and not gain the Freshman 15. You can do all that and more, just don't forget to be social.
Alison from Cedar Hills, UT
Apply for scholarships, you will most likely get one. There are a few classes that are most everyone likes and recommends. Courtship and Marriage with Lynn Poulson, Bowling with Bob Trythall, Western Swing with Bob Trythall, Human Development with Kim Cragun, Intro to PE with Bob Trythall, and more. All the teachers I have had I have loved. Snow has wonderful teachers, just ask around and you'll find one that fits what you like. If not, you'll probably get a teacher that's great anyway.
Brie from Highland, UT
Get all your generals done at Snow College while still attending all your classes needed for your major.
Trenton from Salina, UT
This is not high school, you're playing with the big kids now. You don't have your mother to help clean-up after you anymore and the dorm rooms have surprise cleaning inspections at least once a month.
Chay from UT
Apply for scholarships early! Although scholarships are plentiful, missing the deadline puts you at the very end of a long list.
