Tips for prospective students | This school is less expensive than most chiropractic colleges in the U.S. You can and will succeed here, and have the facilities and staff needed to get a great education. Work hard and you can go far. |
Academic Rigor | My intro to chemistry class wasn't terribly difficult. I learned a lot about time management and it allowed me to do very well. Time management, self-discipline, and learning how to study for your learning type is very important. |
Dorm Life | I do not life in the dorms. I am able to spend time with my family, though. Prices of apartments around the campus can be good, with special deals for students. |
Food and Dining | The dining hall facility is great. I do not buy food there usually because I bring my own from home. However, the area is very very conducive to eating there even if you do bring your own food. The staff are friendly. |
What to do for fun | Kansas City has nearly everything you can imagine. There is night life, a great art museum, and the zoo is a favorite of my family. The campus has some intramural sports and a gym. |
Bang for the buck | The price of tuition is cheaper than other chiropractic schools, but I believe my education will be great even if I don't pay as much as the big name schools. The student body is pretty active, and I am excited to learn under some of the professors. |
Campus Safety | I feel very safe on campus. It is in a pretty nice part of town, right across from some business complexes. There are experienced security professionals on campus most of the time too. |
Scheduling allows me to still spend time with my family.
I'd like to be more involved in research as soon as possible.
