What Students Are Saying
Clayton State is extremely cheap. Aim for the Hope Scholarship as an extra assistance. But you are able to pay for the tuition with or without small scholarships.
Alexa from Stockbridge, GA
In terms of education and helpfulness yes, you are getting what you paid for. The teachers are there to help, center for academic success, the career service (to help you find a job, even after graduation), campus life (in terms of leadership classes and volunteering opportunities); they are all good places to go to get help and have fun. Especially outdoor adventure that is also through campus life. Outdoor adventure is hiking, skiing, caving; I would honestly say that is the best part.
Nneka from Lithonia, GA
While the fees make up most of the tuition bill, it is still cheap for the quality education you receive.
Chardae' from Fayetteville, GA
Really cheap considering you have smaller classes, many majors to choose from and the amount of extras that your money pays for that are included
Ty-Quanna from Mcdonough, GA
all types of programs on campus to save students money and for just being a student of clayton discounted perks off campus as well.
Yahara from Covington, GA
The cost is very affordable & reasonable, with the high level of education that you receive.
D TAYLOR from Riverdale, GA
I can trully say that CSU was one of my cheaper choices and the resources are easily accessible and worth more than you can get on any other.
