What Students Are Saying
The cafeteria is hit and miss. Breakfast is a meal you have to go early for. If you don't you get stuck with hockey puck waffles or boring cereal. The create your own omelette bar is good depending on who is cooking. The options for dinner are usually pizza, hamburgers with fries or tater tots, and a bigger entree such as spaghetti. The pizza is usually really good if you get it fresh, sometimes it tastes a little bland and hard. Fries and tater tots are always a safe choice. The lunch options are similar to dinner, pizza, hamburgers, and some entree.
Sophmore from Denver, CO
During the summer/fall the mountains and being outdoors is ideal for those who love being outside. During the Winter/spring, there trips for skiing and camping all the time.
Jovanny from Alamosa, CO
The cafeteria has plenty of food to choose from as well as a restaurant on campus with burgers, salads, and even steak!
