Withlacoochee Technical College
Established in 1968, Withlacoochee Technical College is a public, technical education institution located in Inverness, Florida. WTC offers over 20 career and technical programs, including several programs that prepare students for industry certification or state licensure. Programs at WTC are approximately one year in length, with competency-based education that progresses as students’ skills improve. Many of the college’s programs also provide students with eligibility to earn up to 15 credits toward an associate’s degree at several other colleges and universities within Florida’s state system.
