Originally founded as the Portland Baptist Bible Institute, Western Seminary is a Christian graduate school focusing on Gospel study with campus locations in Portland, Sacramento, San José, and Seattle. Western features five theological master’s degree programs and is one of the first seminaries in the country to offer a doctorate in Ministry. In addition, master’s degree programs in Divinity, Ministry, and Biblical Studies are available entirely online. Complementing the seminary’s academic offerings, Western is home to several Gospel-centered outreach ministries including the Women’s Center for Ministry.
