What Students Are Saying

This was the best choice I could have made. The teachers are very understanding and negotiable. They provide their personal contacts and allow one-on-one time with every student upon request. Even though they provide specific office hours, they are very flexible with time. These teachers love teaching. They are very knowledgeable in their studies and create an atmosphere in the classroom that encourage students to want to learn. The advisers are caring and are always ready to help a student in need. USCB, as a whole, is a wonderful place to prepare for the life ahead.
Bryanna from Trenton, SC
The faculty here at USCB are here to make sure that students excel in all aspects of life, but most importantly in the classroom. They effectively challenge students in their classes, and are constantly engaging minds- our school motto.
Ezekiel from Georgetown, SC
USCB Professors will assure that every student is helped and that no student is left behind. A great deal of professors can be found at their designated locations during office hours, or hey, one might even discuss study techniques for an upcoming test with professors during dining hours.

Each major seems to have it's own level of difficulty. At the University of South Carolina - Beaufort, two of the most hardest majors are Nursing, and Biology. I'm a Biology major myself, and with a little hard work I'm able to function just fine! It just all depends on your intended major. But don't worry, your professors will be glad to help if your struggling! Don't let this scare you, chase after any major that makes you happy!
