Seward County Community College is a 2-year college serving a seven county area in southwest Kansas. Seward is home to five academic divisions conferring degrees and certificates in over 45 fields of study. Students in the firefighter certification program have the opportunity to be selected to become a resident firefighter and work at the fire station next to campus. For musically inclined students, Seward features several performance ensembles including a concert choir and show choir.
