What Students Are Saying
If you're going for baking, you'll find that the first year of school is mostly cooking classes. The second year you get into the more advanced baking.

I feel as if many students mistakenly judge community college as the 13th grade or high school with professors. It definitely is not that way. You should not go to community college thinking that it's going to be a breeze or that you can cruise your way through. Although there may be some pretty easy classes and professors, many of them can also be very tough. Many of my professors have had PHD's and know so much about the subjects they are teaching and expect a lot from their students.
