In three sentences | Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is a great community college with several different locations. The Criminal Justice classes offer a stimulating environment. I would recommend this school to anyone! |
Tips for prospective students | Fill out your FAFSA as soon as you decide to go to college, don't wait. Contact your High School for official transcripts; either have them sent to the college directly or to you, but do not open them. |
Academic Rigor | RCCC provides a stimulating core of classes. I am in the Criminal Justice program and I love it. |
Food and Dining | I have never eaten in the cafeteria. However, when I go to the bookstore, which is beside of the cafeteria, the food smells really good. |
Bang for the buck | In-State tuition is very reasonable. If you qualify for $0 on your EFC through FAFSA, and you take 12 credits (which is considered full-time), with books, you can usually get some money back. |
Great for these types of students | Great for all types of students! |
Clubs and Activities | Plenty of clubs and activities to do. RCCC is very active and offers tickets and rides to all types of events. |
Greek Life | I will be inducted into Phi Theta Kappa this month. I'm so excited. |
Campus Safety | I have never heard of any issues with safety. As a matter of fact, I'm a Criminal Justice student at RCCC and had to write a paper on campus safety. During my research I found that RCCC has never had a reported incident! |
