Penn State Schuylkill is a commonwealth campus in eastern Pennsylvania and one of the oldest campuses in the Penn State system. Penn State Schuylkill confers bachelor’s degrees in seven areas of study and is also home to four associate degree programs. Through the University’s 2+2 Program, students have the opportunity to complete the first two years of study for over 160 Penn State majors before transferring to another campus to finish their degree. The Schuylkill location is tree lined and highlighted by a Nittany Lion shrine to symbolically connect the school to all other Penn State locations.
