What Students Are Saying
Definitely talk to counselors when applying for your courses, I've known plenty of people who overlook this option and end up having to take extra courses in the long run due to poor course planning! I don't recommend starting out with distance learning, it's easy to get behind or confused when you don't meet the teacher face to face. Try to take traditional classes, if at all possible!

Take advantage of the advisers! They are there for a reason and appointments are really easy to make, so don't let that be the excuse for you trying to set up your schedule alone or possibly missing deadlines! Also, in the career center you can use their computers to access information exclusive to OC that you couldn't access at home in helping you to find career interests, information on other colleges and other important information. One final suggestion, O.C. offers many distance learning classes if you are having a hard time fitting your schedule the way you need it to!
