Los Angeles Valley College is a public, 2-year institution located in Valley Glen, California. The college offers studies in a wide variety of subjects, with many of its available classes participating in the Zero Textbook Cost program, which is a program designed to allow faculty to teach without requiring students to buy materials for class. Students enrolled in LAVC have the opportunity to attend a campus that is just minutes of travel away from Hollywood, Universal Studios, and a number of beaches.
