In three sentences | Lincoln Land is a diverse school with a lot of friendly people. All of the instructors really care about you, and want you to succeed. Lincoln Land is a great start to any college career. |
Tips for prospective students | Get to class on time. Do not skip class, the more you are there the more you know! Read over everything very carefully so you can understand presented material. Also take advantage of the library and writing center. |
Academic Rigor | Some Instructors are a bit more tough than others but as a whole the school cares a lot about each and everyone succeeding. |
Dorm Life | There is none here at Lincoln Land but there are several nearby apartment complexes that are very nice. |
Food and Dining | Nelson's Catering is served on campus and is delicious. We also have a subway which is always fresh. |
Bang for the buck | Extremely cheap school compared to other colleges and universities. You basically will have no debt when you graduate, so that is always a plus. |
Great for these types of students | Great for students who like small classrooms. Also great for people with busy schedules. |
Clubs and Activities | You can get involved with just about anything at Lincoln Land, from sports to clubs, we have it all. |
Campus Safety | The campus on Lincoln Land is very safe. The Lincoln Land police are constantly patrolling campus making everyone feel extremely comfortable. The new lights make it really bright at night so people with night classes will feel safe walking in the parking lot. |

Am learning a lot | Appling yourself is a given when you think about attending college. Here at Lincoln Land Community College you’re not just a pawn in the big scheme of things but Kings and Queens of the most important decision of Lincoln Land Community College. Attend LLCC and you will immediately notice the special attention and focus students are given...because we are not just students, we are the future. |
Am enjoying being here | The atmosphere at Lincoln Land Community College is very welcoming and student oriented. With faulty waiting to assist when needed and Deans and Councilors ready to guild you when you’re confused; LLCC is a great choice. The class sizes are max of 25 students but on average 15 - 20. That alone allows LLCC to bring about a whole new type of catering for the students of their college and they do so darn well. You have to see to believe, start with a visit to the campus first or simply call; you’ll see. |
Bang for the buck | College is a valuable and wise life investment, would you agree? Would you also agree nothing beats free but free it's self. That being said, Lincoln Land Community College alike any other college has a price. What makes LLCC stand out above the rise is its price. LLCC ranged top 5 in the less expensive college in the mid states. For an average of $1,500 - $ 2,500 a semester ($90 per credit hr) you can receive a two year degree, an Associate, for $6,000 - $10,000; if you know you receive FASFA you’re already set to go. Over 90% of the students at LLCC receive FASFA and typically upon that they also receive cash for $200 - $900 for other expenses like transportation. |
Tips for prospective students | If you're stuck choosing between a College and a University to attend, starting small and building up is a wise choice. Attending Lincoln Land Community College allows you to obtain an associate degree for more than half the price you'll pay a University to attend for two years. Also, with the economy as it is now, LLCC provides ensures that you will depart with a degree as long as you have the desire to obtain it. |
Great for these types of students | ALL - especially those who have started college but for some unfortunate even has been unable to complete it. LLCC is the best choice for all by far. |
