With campus a short walk from the Wabash River, Indiana State University is a 4-year public institution in western Indiana. ISU confers bachelor’s degrees in over 100 academic majors and makes over 70 degree-granting programs available entirely online. For a break from academia, ISU is home to the Hulman Memorial Student Union featuring a virtual reality gaming station. Every fall semester, ISU hosts a community service event called Donaghy Day where students volunteer for projects to beautify the campus and surrounding area.

ISU has a large campus, with a lot of degree programs available. Most of the buildings are recently built and they have coffee shops all through campus with food and drinks. ISU is in a smaller city, Terre Haute, with a fairly low crime rate.
