In three sentences | Its a quiet little college that offers a great personal classroom experience. The advisers and staff are always friendly and helpful and ready to guide you through your college experience. Its a fantastic college for first time college goers. |
Tips for prospective students | Make sure to go to the bookstore, that staff is always super helpful and most of them have been going to the college for awhile and know the ins and outs of EGC. |
Academic Rigor | Its not too hard as long as you keep up with your homework and assignments. Like I said it makes for a great first time college to ease you into the experiences. |
Dorm Life | We just got brand spanking new dorms in Fall of 2011, they are simply fantastic! The clubhouse is awesome and the meal plan is worth it! |
Food and Dining | The cafe is awesome. They cook all food to serve so sometimes there is a wait but its worth it to get delicious hot food! |
What to do for fun | Swainsboro itself is pretty boring but there are plenty of cities around Swainsboro that can be fun! |
Bang for the buck | You get great education for tuition that it just over $1,000 bucks! Did I mention some of the professors are famous? |
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus | The bookstore is always a great place to go, besides having tons of snacks everyone is always really nice. |

Clubs and Activities | There is always tons of neat things going on, most involve free food. |
Campus Safety | The police on campus are pretty good, and since the campus is small they can get to wherever the problem is rather quickly. |

Tips for prospective students | Do as much as you can on campus. Join some clubs and have fun, but make sure to keep up with your studies as well. If you are having trouble with classes go to the A.C.E. center or ask your teachers for help. |
Academic Rigor | I had to study a lot for most of the classes that I was taking, but all of my teachers were great and would help out if I needed them to. |
Dorm Life | This is just based on what I've heard because I never stayed in the dorms. |
Food and Dining | The cafe is good. The cafeteria is good too. |
What to do for fun | There's a lot of fun things to do. There's always some sort of event taking place. Go to a basketball or baseball game. Go watch a vision series production (movies, concerts and so on). Join some clubs and they will keep you busy with all kinds of fun activities. |
Bang for the buck | You get all you pay for with this college. You get a great education. The college is in an awesome location and the classes are lots of fun. |
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus | The duct tape boat race has become a tradition. That's pretty fun. |
Clubs and Activities | The clubs are great. There are book clubs, the international club, art club, drama club, outdoor rec club. Pretty much anything for anybody. |
Campus Safety | There are security guards all around campus. At night the campus is lit up very well so you don't have to worry about walking around in the dark. |

Dorm Life | I do not live in a dorm. I live in an apartment. |
What to do for fun | There are lot of leisure activities such as extra curriculums. If you are sociable, there are lots of social interraction clubs and advocative clubs for public awareness. Also, there are clubs to party with ones age group such as Gata's., The Grill, and Rude Rudies. |
Bang for the buck | My school's main major is Nursing. That is also my major. |

Clubs and Activities | Not enrolled in any clubs but they offer lots of them. Especially sports. |
Campus Safety | Campus safety is secure. There is a security guard who assists and watches the campus. There are also security cameras to ensure the safety of us students. |
