What Students Are Saying

This is college, absolutely nothing like high school. If you don't want to be there don't bother wasting your time. It's not easy, but definitely worth it in the long run.
Karista from Corpus Christi, TX
The main thing is to study. Always go to class. I try very hard not to miss. Take notes!
Kels from Robstown, TX

Rachel from Corpus Christi, TX
Ask your older friends that attend or have attended Del Mar College about their perspective. Books are expensive, so don't be afraid to ask around to find books at a much lower price! Take advantage of all the resources available! There is FREE peer tutoring available as well as a computer lab and seminars on how to succeed in all of your classes. You can also check out calculators and laptops for FREE! Make sure to get there early because the laptops go fast and you may be put on a waiting list!
Sarah from Corpus Christi, TX
As long as you know what you want, and just make sure you keep communicating, you'll do fine, always check all your registration and financial up to date and again correspondence is very important, they are great at helping you to find every thing you need.
