Black River Technical College is a 2-year technical and community college in northeast Arkansas. BRTC is home to eight academic departments hosting 35 degree and certificate-granting programs. The college’s Basic Police Training, Crime Scene Investigation, and Law Enforcement Administration programs are open to law enforcement professionals only. BRTC holds Fun Before Finals events featuring free lunches and on-campus games before all final exam periods begin.
