In three sentences | Barclay is a fantastic small college. The sense of community is fantastic. The location is the perfect learning environment (small town). |
Tips for prospective students | Be truthful in your entrance interview and get a visit if you can. This college isn't right for everyone. |
Bang for the buck | Free tuition is hard to beat. |
Great for these types of students | Good Christians looking to get Christian friends and learn more about Christ. |
Campus Safety | If you know everyone in town (which you will) than there is no where safer to be. |

In three sentences | Barclay College is a tiny college located in a tiny town in the middle of Kansas. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the professors truly want to invest in your life. My favorite thing is the continual community feeling that Barclay offers, even with the growing student population. |
Tips for prospective students | If you are looking for a Christian college with a community aspect, and fantastic professors who are just as invested as you are, Barclay might be the best place for you to look! It really is fantastic :) |
Academic Rigor | The classes are not extremely hard, depending on who your professor is and what your major is, but if you work hard, you will be able to achieve the grades you desire. Also, the professors are more than willing to help you get there! |
Dorm Life | I loved living on campus! The girls were so kind and welcoming. This past year I was an RA, so I was able to get to know the girls in my specific hall pretty well too. |
Food and Dining | Jeannie Ross, who is our main cook, does an excellent job cooking for us! Plus, she is a lot of fun to be around :) |
