Virgil K. Lobring Scholarship

Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan

This scholarship is for graduating seniors who have completed their entire secondary education at Western International High School in Detroit, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to enroll as full-time students at an accredited post-secondary institution in the United States. Applicants must demonstrate the following: exemplary desire, ability, and good grades; leadership and character through extracurricular activities, volunteer involvement, and work experience in school and the community; and financial need.
