The applicants must be the dependents of eligible employees of Calbag Metals. Eligible employees must have been employed by Calbag Metals three+ years as of the March scholarship deadline. The scholarship application is hosted by the Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC), on the Oregon Student Aid website.
