Community Foundation For The Twin Tiers
Applicants must be a graduate of a Bradford County high school. Applicants must have earned at least a “B” average while in high school and demonstrate financial need as determined by PHEEA. Priority will be given to students who are the first member of their family to attend college. This scholarship is renewable each of the 4 years applicant is in college when proof of grades and enrollment are received by the Community Foundation for the Twin Tiers.
