Shirley Kelly Scholarship

This scholarship is for graduating seniors of Columbia High School in East Greenbush, New York. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to pursue an education and career in elementary education; demonstrate scholastic ability and achievement, with a minimum "B" average; demonstrate an interest and/or skill working with children; and demonstrate financial need.
