This scholarship is for legal residents of LaPorte County, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate nursing degree for the Registered Nurse (RN). The recipient chosen will be the candidate most likely to become a successful primary care licensed RN and exhibit the positive and professional qualities of Ruth M. Howe, RN.
