This scholarship is for graduating seniors, returning adult students, and GED recipients who reside in Blount County, Tennessee. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, non-traditional higher education program, or trade school that is accredited by the appropriate accrediting body for the particular course of study. Applicants must be US citizens and demonstrate financial need.
