New Jersey Student Tuition Assistance Reward Scholarship II (NJSTARS II)

New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA)

This scholarship is for residents of New Jersey who have been residents for at least 12 consecutive months prior to enrollment. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been NJSTARS scholars who graduated from a New Jersey county college with an associate's degree. Applicants must transfer/be admitted to a New Jersey four-year institution that participates in the Tuition Aid Grant (TAG) Program and must enroll full-time each semester. Applicants' family income must be less than $250,000 and they must apply for all forms of state and federal need-based grants and merit scholarships. Applicants must file the FAFSA.
