Applicants must be a graduating senior of Northern Cass High School accepted for post-secondary education/training in an accredited university, college or vocational/technical school as a first-year student. Preference will be given to a student planning to pursue an agricultural related course of study. Applicants must have achieved a minimum of 3.0 GPA while attending high school and have shown examples of leadership/community service volunteer experience.
