Kelling-Tomlinson Scholarship

The Kelling-Tomlinson Scholarship is designed to share a gift of wealth with the next generation as a thank you for what the community has done and shared with the family. The Kelling/Tomlinson families were homesteaders to Smith County and want to give the next generation of decision makers opportunities to succeed as well. This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Smith Center High School in Smith Center, Kansas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have cumulative GPA of 3.0 and be involved in extracurricular activities. Preference will be given to students not finishing in the top two places in the graduating class. One scholarship will be awarded to a student attending a private, four-year college and one scholarship will be awarded to a student attending a vocational or technical school.
