This scholarship is for seniors at public high schools in the Town of Laurinburg in Scotland County, North Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate academic achievement and traits of high personal character. Scholarships are awarded based on the relative ability, educational goals, financial need, and career ambitions of each applicant.
